Riesling DOC Langhe Al Bric 2021
Grape/Blend: 100% Riesling Renano planted in 2011
Wine-making Process: At an altitude of over 500m, between the fields of hazelnuts and the woods, the “il bric” vineyard peeps in. Direct pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 15hl French oak vats at a controlled temperature. Maturation: after a few months in stainless steel tanks on its lees.
Tasting Notes: The Langhe Riesling wine has a light greenish-yellow color with aromas of honey drenched apricots, lemon zest and minerals with floral notes. Fresh on the palate with a pleasing, medium-weight body and refreshing acidity.
