Grape/Blend: 100% old clone Sangiovese grown Alberello style with only about 4-5 bunches per plant.
Wine-making Process: Manual harvest between the beginning and the middle of October. Fermentation in open tonneaux. Aging in amphora for 12 months and cement for another 12 months. Further bottle aging for about 20-24 months before release.
Unfiltered wine possible sediments of natural tartrates.
