Wine-making Process: The grapes are harvested at full ripeness. Traditional vinification with maceration on the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Bottled using the cold sterile microfiltration technique.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow, with bright green reflections. Fresh and fruity, with typical apple and ripe apricot hints. Dry taste, good body and pleasant fruity finish. Suitable for the whole meal. Excellent for fish, soups and mushrooms risotto.
