Wine-making Process: The grapes are harvested at full ripeness. Traditional vinification with maceration on the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Bottled using the cold sterile microfiltration technique.
Tasting Notes: Quite intense ruby red with purple shades. Fresh and winy bouquet with pleasant red fruit scents. Soft and fresh taste, bodied and harmonic. Wine suited to all courses, in particular to meat and medium-aged cheeses.
