100% Aglianico grapes from Torre le Nocelle vineyard from deep sandy loam textured soil. Predominantly of volcanic origin and with the presence limestone along the entire profile. South-east facing exposure of 400m above sea level. Approximately 12 years vines.

VINIFICATION: Maceration for approximately 10 days, fermentation partially carried out with native yeast starters, malolactic fermentation carried out completely.
Aged in French oak barrique for a period of 3 months

Intense ruby ​​red color with a complex bouquet, offering aromas reminiscent of blackberry, plum, black cherry and chocolate. The taste is warm, enveloping, with great structure and softness.

PAIRING: it is ideal to pair with red meats and mature cheeses.
